If no external harness or connector damage is found, check the transmission's internal wiring harness and each solenoid for damage and correct resistance. Replace any solenoids that measure incorrectly or are damaged.
TCC On/Off = 12-28 Ohms
TCC PWM = 7-20 Ohms
Earlier transmissions won't have this solenoid, so checking it will show an open circuit. (50k - ∞)
EPC = 3-6 Ohms
SS1 = 12-28 Ohms
SS2 = 12-28 Ohms
(96 & up) 3/2 downshift = 12-28 Ohms
(95 & earlier) 3/2 downshift = 7-20 Ohms
