Connect the controller to a computer with the tuning software installed.
This procedure is specific to tuning software v4.0 and later. It can be downloaded for free and is compatible with all of our controllers.
First, click File > Read Calibration from Controller.
Next, click the settings button and go to the Speed Sensor and Gearing tab.
Check to make sure that the correct speed sensor, axel ratio, and tire diameter are selected.
Close the settings window and write the table to the controller by clicking the "1" button and then the "Write Table" button. (If that is the table you are using.)
Now connect the controller to the vehicle to see if speed is reading correctly.
