The solenoid electrical circuits for the torque converter clutch (TCC) appear to be operating correctly. In this case, TCC slippage is typically caused by a damaged torque converter or problems with the transmission's valve body or front pump. Before removing the transmission, it is best to check for a damaged TCC solenoid or a sticking valve in the valve body.
