Shipping Cost
Shipping is calculated by Shopify at checkout. For controller kits, we ship via UPS.
Shipping Time
Most orders are shipping out same day or next day. An email will be sent to the address you provide during checkout with tracking information once your order ships. Choosing expedited shipping does not guarantee it will leave our facility faster.
Sales Tax
Sales tax will be charged for residents of South Carolina.
Return Policy
All returns must have an RA (Return Authorization) number and will be charged a 15% restocking fee. Shipping is non-refundable unless we shipped you the incorrect item. No refunds will be issued after 30 days past the ship date.
EU Right of Withdrawal
