EU Right of Withdrawal

Customers whose orders are shipped to destinations within the European Union (EU) or European Economic Area (EEA) may have a statutory right of withdrawal. This right allows you to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order without providing a reason. To exercise your right of withdrawal, please submit a withdrawal request using the form provided on this page. Once your request has been received, we will send you a confirmation email acknowledging receipt of your request.


Orders Not Yet Shipped

If your order has not yet shipped at the time we receive your withdrawal request, the order will be canceled and a full refund will be issued.


Orders in Transit

If your order has already shipped, we may attempt to recall or intercept the shipment with the carrier. Carrier recalls are not always successful. If the shipment cannot be intercepted, you may refuse delivery where permitted by the carrier or follow the return instructions provided by our staff after receiving the package.


Orders Already Received

If you have already received your order and wish to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the goods. You will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods to us. Once the returned goods have been received and inspected, an appropriate refund will be issued in accordance with applicable law and the conditions described below.


Open-Box Returns

You may inspect the goods to determine their nature, characteristics, and functioning in a manner similar to what would be permitted in a retail store. If the product is returned in open-box condition with no signs of installation, modification, damage, or excessive handling, no additional charges will be applied.


Goods Showing Signs of Use

If the returned goods show signs of use, installation, wear, contamination, or handling beyond what is necessary to inspect the product, we may deduct an amount reflecting the diminished value of the goods. Examples include cosmetic damage, missing instruction manuals, electronic devices with adhesive residue, and wiring harnesses showing installation wear.


Modified or Damaged Goods

If the returned goods have been materially modified, damaged, altered, or are no longer suitable for resale as new, a larger deduction may be applied to reflect the actual reduction in value. Examples include cut, spliced, or shortened wiring harnesses, modified connectors, physical damage, altered electronic devices, electronic devices with added mounting holes, and missing components. Any deduction will be based on the condition of the returned goods and the resulting reduction in their resale value.


Refund Processing

Refunds will be processed after the returned goods have been received and inspected, or earlier where required by applicable law. If a refund is approved, it will be issued using the original payment method whenever possible.
